William Johnston 
William was born in 1835 in Paisley.1 2 William's father was Alexander Johnston and his mother was Janet Eaglesome. His maternal grandparents were Archibald Eaglesome and Marion Fulton. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Alexander, Robert, Archibald, David, Michael, Thomas, Marion, Mary, Isabella and Janet.-
