John Fraser

John was born on September 15th, 1800 in Mauchline.^1 2   John's father was Alexander Fraser and his mother was Isabella Adamson.  His maternal grandparents were John Adamson and <Unknown>. He had a brother and three sisters, named Alexander, Sara, Agnes and Mary.  He was the second oldest of the five children.  He died due to a respiratory problem and/or pneumonia, influenza / bronchitis, 2 weeks, at the age of 59 on April 7th, 1860 in Sorn.  He was buried in Catrine.^3 3
