Chauncey's father is Judson Foster and his mother was Alice Teresa Howe.  His maternal grandfather was Samuel Howe and his maternal grandmother is Jane S Manley. He had a brother and two sisters, named Raymond J., Ruth L. and Laura.  Chauncey is no longer alive.
