Richard was born in September 1963. Richard's father was Allen D. Bricker and his mother is Ilse (Cheri) Anna-Marie Finsterwald. His paternal grandparents were Jack Bricker and Mildred M Meinzer. He has a brother and a sister, named John and Vicky. He is the oldest of the three children. He has a half-brother and a half-sister, named David and Lyndsey.-
