Martin Wells Marshall

Martin Wells was born about 1790 in Virginia. Martin Wells' father was Martin Marshall and his mother was Eleanor Boswell. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Marshall and Wells; his maternal grandparents were Matthew Boswell and Sarah. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Thomas Riley, Nancy, Matthew, Joseph Davis, Elias, Richard, Elizabeth (Betsy), Verlinda and Mary (Polly). He was the sixth oldest of the ten children. He had two half-brothers named William and James. He died on November 10th, 1871 in Forsyth Co, N.C..
