William Andrew Zane

William Andrew was born on November 26th, 1712 in Philadelphia, PA. William Andrew's father was Nathaniel Zane and his mother was Grace Jane Rexstrew Rakestraw. His paternal grandparents were Robert Immigrant Zane Jr and Margaret Hammond; his maternal grandparents are William Rakestraw and Grace Wyron Ryan (POSS). He had three brothers and a sister, named Joseph, Jonathan, Ebenezer and Margaret. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 87 in 1799 in Wheeling, VA.
