Gov Richard of Illinois Yates

Richard was born on January 15th, 1815 in Gallatin KY. Richard's father was Henry Yates and his mother was Millicent Coleman Yates. His paternal grandparents were Abner Yates and Anne Hawes Haw; his maternal grandparents were John Yates and Anne "Nancy" Coleman. He was an only child. He died at the age of 58 on November 27th, 1873 in Illinois.
