Doctor Elmore Yates

Doctor Elmore was born in 1837 in Columbus Co. Doctor Elmore's father was Bradley Flowers Yates and his mother was Mary Ann Williamson. His paternal grandparents were Luke Yates and Sarah Flowers; his maternal grandfather was Isham Isom Williamson and his maternal grandmother is Margaret Powell. He had five brothers and four sisters, named James W, John, Joseph D, Bradley Flowers, Luke Isham, Mary Ann, Margaret C, Sara M and Martha Jane. He died at the age of 25 on July 25th, 1862 in Richmond, Henrico County, Virginia.
