Rebecca was born on November 22nd, 1788 in Nashville, Davidson Co. Tennessee.  Rebecca's father was John Williamson and her mother was Margaret Cloyd.  Her maternal grandparents were John Bartholomew Cloyd and Margaret Scott. She had a brother named William.  She was the older of the two children.
