John Cobb was born in 1828.  John Cobb's father was John Welch and his mother is Anne Elizabeth Blythe.  His paternal grandparents are James Edward Welch and Quatsy; his maternal grandparents are Jonathan Blythe and Anne Nancy Barnes. He had two brothers named David and Lloyd M Da'si'giya'gi .  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 32 on September 9th, 1860.
