David Vance

David was born in 1745 in Winchester, Frederick Co., Va. David's father was Samuel Vance and his mother was Sarah Colville. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Vance and Jane Hoge. He had a brother named John. He died at the age of 68 in 1813 in Vanceville, Reems Creek, Buncombe county NC.
