Aaron was born in 1744.  Aaron's father is Thomas Treadway and his mother is Elizabeth McComas.  His paternal grandparents are Crispin Treadway and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents are William McComas and Hannah Scott. He had a brother named Moses.  He was the older of the two children.  He died about 1814.
