John Wesley Sutphin

John Wesley was born on October 24th, 1814. John Wesley's father was John S Sutphin Sr and his mother was Sela Celia Hylton Hilton. His paternal grandparents were Hendrick Henry Shadrach Sutphin and Rachel OWEN5, OWEN4, ROBERT3, OWEN AP2 EVAN, IEVAN KNOWN AS EVAN ROBERT1 LEWIS Owens. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Jordan M, Fleming, Christina and Julitha. He was the oldest of the five children. He died due to a medical problem, consumption, at the age of 64 on March 29th, 1879 in Carroll County, VA.
