John Rush Jr

John was born on March 1st, 1659 in Guilsborough, Northamptonshire, England. John's father was Capt John Levi Old Trooper Rush and his mother was Susannah Lucas. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Rush III and Tomasin Thomasine Hart?? Stansted; his maternal grandparents are John Lucas and Ann. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, William, Francis, Susannah and Jane. He died at the age of 31 in May 1690 in Byberry Township, Pennsylvania.
