Nancy was born on August 8th, 1789.  Nancy's father was Temperance Ferrell and her mother was John Ross.  Her paternal grandparents were John Bone Bowen Ferrell and Ann Fish. She had six brothers and four sisters, named John, Isaac, Jack Ferrell, Green, John Sumner, John Blount, Martha, Mary, Elizabeth and Ruth Rusha.  She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children.  She died at the age of 2 on November 1st, 1791 in Franklin Co NC.
