Mariah Maria Ross

Mariah Maria was born on January 13th, 1806. Mariah Maria's father was Daniel Ross and her mother was Mary Mollie McDonald (Ani'-Tsi'skwa = Bird Clan (Ghi-Goo-ie)). Her paternal grandparents were William Ross and Arminella Whiteside; her maternal grandparents were John TRADER McDonald and Anna Shorey (Ani'-Tsi'skwa = Bird Clan (Ghi-Goo-ie)). She had three brothers and five sisters, named John Kooweskoowe, Lewis, Andrew, Jennie, Elizabeth, Susannah, Annie and Margaret. She was the youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 32 in 1838 in Trail of Tears.
