Hannah was born about 1676.  Hannah's father was John Rhodes and her mother was Elizabeth Jessup.  Her paternal grandparents are Francis Rhodes and Elizabeth Lasceles (Lassells). She had five brothers and three sisters, named Adams, John, Jacob, Abraham, Joseph, Mary, Elizabeth and Sarah.  She is the eighth oldest of the nine children.
