David Welch Ragsdale

David Welch was born in 1831. David Welch's father is Isaac Ragsdale and his mother was Elizabeth Jane Welch (Cherokee). His maternal grandparents were David Welch and Elizabeth Mc Swain (mixed). He has a half-sister named Nannie.
