Neeta Mae was born on October 30th, 1902 in Ravenna, Fannin County, TX.  Neeta Mae's father was Riley Vandorn Parr and her mother was Tura Ellen Duckworth.  Her maternal grandparents were Solomon Sylvanus Duckworth and Frances Elizabeth Fanny Horne.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 83 on November 17th, 1985 in Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto Co, TX.
