Thomas Offutt

Thomas was born about 1731. Thomas' father was James Offutt and his mother is Rachel Beall. His paternal grandfather is William Offutt and his paternal grandmother was Mary Brock; his maternal grandparents are Col Ninian Beall Sr and Ruth Moore. He was an only child. He died in 1799.
