    Query: MULLINS: Seaching for more information on the family/ancestry of my grandfather, Clarence E. "Kayo" Mullins (aka C.E. Mullins) born Jan 10, 1909 in or around either Clintwood, VA or the Pike Co. KY. areas, died in 2003 in Lincoln Co, OR. Married: Ella Marietta Richardson and had two children, James Norman (Jim) Mullins (dec.) and Marianne Mullins (Tadic) both of Oregon. Family connections are also known to be in SC, possibly TN, NC, WV, GA and surrounding areas; especially in the Cuberland Gap section. My grandfather was one of 14 (15?) children and his parents were George (M.?) Mullins and Emma Alice(?) Coleman; Known siblings included: Andy (Andrew?), Luther (aka LB?), Bill (William?), Marvin, Clyde, Ernest, James-Albert (Known as "Albert" in the East, "Jim" in the West, and "The Professor" by my grandfather; JA was a school teacher in Oregon), Earl, Charles, Elizabeth (Lizzy), Melster, Maryland, Edna (married name Adkins, last known family survivor). My grandfather's grandparents were reportedly Harmon Mullins and Elizabeth Venters [G.grandparents: Isaac Mullins x Elizabeth Mullins (Ambrose Mullins x Nancy Mullins); GG.grandparents: John "Holly Creek" Mullins x Olive "Ollie" Cox; GGG.grandparents: "Revolutionary John" Wesley Mullins x Virginia Jane "Jennie" Bailey; GGGG.grandparents: William M. Mullins x Katherine Elizabeth Varner; GGGGG.grandparents: William Grancer (also found as Granger) "Grand Sir" Mullins x Katherine Smith (possibly Smythe);GGGGGG.grandparents: Abraham (Des Moulins) Mullins x Rachel Boret (Immigrant French Huguenots)].
