Sarah was born on April 2nd, 1656.  Sarah's father was Peter Monfort and her mother is Sarah De Plancken.  Her paternal grandparents are Jean Brisse Monfort and Jacqueline Moreau. She had a sister named Jannetje Pieterse.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died at the age of 48 on December 31st, 1704.
