Cotton Mathers

Cotton was born in 1745 in Windsor CT. Cotton's father was Timothy Mathers Mathers and his mother was Sarah Marshall. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Mathers and Abigail Grant; his maternal grandparents were Eliakim Marshall and Sarah Leete Leet. He had a brother and two sisters, named Joseph, Sarah and Dorothy. He died at the age of 46 on November 26th, 1791.
