William Marshall

William was born about 1780 in Maryland. William's father was Thomas Marshall and his mother was Ann Nancy Oliver. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Marshall and Wells. He had three brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Alexander, Alexander, Samuel, Nancy, Eleanor, Elizabeth (Betsy) Ann, Wilmoth (Willey) and Riley. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died in October 1839 in Bedford Co., Virginia.
