Vernon Ray Marshall

Vernon Ray was born on July 29th, 1907. Vernon Ray's father was Albert Marshall and his mother was Lucy Springer. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Marshall and Martha Dougan. He had two brothers named Dwight Emerson and Thomas Rilea. He was the second oldest of the three children.
