Sarah Jane Marshall

Sarah Jane was born on October 23rd, 1824 in Wellsburg Brooke Co. Virginia USA. Sarah Jane's father was Joshua Stevenson Marshall and her mother was Margaret Maxwell. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Marshall and Sarah Stevenson. She had four brothers named William Henry, Dewitt Clinton, John Leander and Robert. She died at the age of 56 on November 28th, 1880 in Wellsburg Brooke Co. Virginia USA.

- she died at the age of 56 supposed to have been from inhaling to much chloroform dudring surgery as she suffered from umbellica hernia. She is buried in Wapello, Iowa. Date of death for her is November 28th, 1880. State of Iowa county records
