Samuel Marshall

Samuel was born about 1721 in Farmington, Hartford, CT. Samuel's father was Preserved Marshall and his mother was Mary Burt. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Marshall and Rebecca Newberry; his maternal grandparents were Henry Burt and Mary Thayer. He had three brothers and a sister, named Eliakim, Simeon, Seth and Lucy. He was the oldest of the five children.
