Robert Finley Biddle was born on October 15th, 1859 in Monongahela, Westmoreland, Pennsylvania.  Robert Finley Biddle's father was Marshall and his mother was Ida May Lynch Marshall. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Claudie Earl, Virgil A, Guy, Ella Blanche, Alma Estella and Lola Violet.  He died at the age of 73 on December 27th, 1932 in Greeley, Weld, Colorado.
