John Marshall

John was born in 1809 in Whites Creek, Davidson, Tennessee. John's father was James Isaac Marshall Sr and his mother was Margaret Wilson. His paternal grandparents were Gilbert poss N Marshall II and Martha Roan ROANOKE??? Rowan. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Gilbert, William Hume, James, David R, Robert, others, Elizabeth Steele, Mary, Annie, Hannah, Sarah Jane and Margaret Elizabeth.
