    Elias Marshall:
    Born about 1808.
    Died March 1880.
    On October 17, 1840 Elias joined the Copper Creek Baptist Church.
    Elias was a Deacon of the Copper Creek Baptist Church.
    On July 6, 1867 Elias agreed to donate the land for Point Truth Primitive Baptist Church.
    On January 23, 1836 Elias married Elizabeth Clark in Scott County, Virginia.
    Elizabeth was born about 1818.
    Elizabeth died after 1880.
    Elias and Elizabeth are both buried at Point Truth Primitive Baptist Church in unmarked graves.
    Elias and Elizabeth had 9 children as follows:
    
       1. Mary Marshall:
          Born May 9, 1835.
          Died June 9, 1864. Mary had the measels during a premature birth and she and her baby both died.
          Mary and her baby are buried together at Point Truth Primitive Baptist Church.
          Mary married David Hazelton Dean.
          David died March 26, 1901 and is buried beside Mary at Point Truth Primitive Baptist Church.
          David and Mary had 3 children: Infant son, Sarah Catherine, and Rebecca Jane.
       2. Louisa Jane Marshall:
          Born about 1837.
          About Lousia married John M. Donaldson.
          John was born about 1831.
          John was a Minister in Scott County, Virginia.
          John and Louisa had 9 children: William A., Sarah E., Harvey H., Mary L., John M., Margaret, Amanda, Theodocia, and Arthur B.
       3. William C. Marshall:
          Born about 1841.
          William served as a Sargeant in Company E of the 64th Regiment of Mounted Infantry during the Civil War.
          On August 13, 1866 William's first marriage was to Sarah L. Cox.
          Sarah died April 24, 1878 at the age of 27 from Consumption.
          William and Sarah had 4 children: Harvey W., Ellen E., Emily A., and Sarah M.
          On March 6, 1879 William's second marriage was to Elizabeth H. Addington.
          William and Sarah had four children: Robert E. Lee, Charles Walker, Sarah Letha, and Lillie.
       4. James H. Marshall:
          Born about 1843.
          Died January 21, 1862.
          James was in the 64th Regiment of Mounted Infantry during the Civil War and died of an unknown disease.
       5. Robert Wilson Marshall:
          Born November 19, 1845.
          Died June 4, 1913. On November 2, 1865 Robert married Melinda Jane Speer.
          Robert and Melinda had 10 children as follows:
          Elias Martin, James Albert, Emily Lou, Andrew Wilson, William J., Harvey C., Elizabeth, Roy, Edgar, and Maggie.
       6. Elihu K. Marshall:
          Born about 1847.
          Died before 1860.
       7. Sarah Ann Marshall:
          Born January 6, 1847 in Russell County, Virginia.
          Died March 31, 1913 in Scott County, Virginia.
          On September 1, 1867 Sarah married Henry Kane Nickels in Scott County, Virginia.
       8. Elisha Martin Marshall:
          Born January 19, 1849.
          On September 8, 1870 Elisha married Mary F. Mead.
          Elisha and Mary had four children: Elihu, Rosa, Emily, and Margaret.
       9. Emily Elizabeth Marshall:
          Born January 19, 1855.
          Died about 1874.
          On December 27, 1972 Emily married Addison Porter.
          Addison and Emily did not have any children.
