Edgar Neal Marshall

Edgar Neal was born in 1891. Edgar Neal's father was John Forester Marshall and his mother was Ruella H O Quinn. His paternal grandparents were William Andrew Jackson Marshall and Martha A Hemphill. He had a brother and a sister, named John Robert and Dolley. He was the second oldest of the three children.
