Deacon Joseph Lewis

Joseph was born in 1683 in Stratford, CT. Joseph's father was Benjamin Lewis and his mother was Hannah Curtis. His paternal grandparents were Edmond Edmund Lewes or Llewys or Lues or Llewellyn ??? Lewis and Mary ??? Carey Carew Carie; his maternal grandparents were Sgt John Curtis and Elizabeth Wells. He was an only child. He died at the age of 73 on July 3rd, 1756 in Stratford, CT.
