Rufus was born about 1818.  Rufus' father is Chief Mingo Amoshulitabi Mushulatubbee Moshulitubbee (Choctaw Okla Okla Apetat) and his mother is Susannah Graham.  His paternal grandparents are Mingo of Burnt Corn Homastubee (Choctaw) and unk. He has a brother and a sister, named William Chubbee and Anna Llewellyn. He had thirteen half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Kiamichi, Peter Wakiya, Charles, Barrett, McKee, <Unknown>, <Unknown>, <Unknown>, <Unknown>, <Unknown>, James Madison, Hiram, Tecumseh, Nacy Nancy Pace??, Rebecca, Susan, <Unknown>, <Unknown> and Mary.
