Ann was born about 1752.  Ann's father was Robert  who went to live with indians 1740's of Albemarle  Hicks and her mother was Mary Elizabeth?? Courtenay.  Her paternal grandparents were James Hicks and <Unknown>. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named Stephen, Nathan Hix Nathaniel, Elinor Nallapy, Susannah, Jean Jane, Amy, Mary, Tabitha and Sarah.  She died about August 1823 in Brunswick Co, VA.
