William Herndon

William was born about 1706. William's father was Catherine Degge Diggs and his mother was William Herndon. His paternal grandparents were Gov Edward Degge Gov of Virginia 1655 Diggs and Mary Elizabeth Page. He had three brothers named Edward, James and Dudley.
