    He also appears in the 1870 census of Cumberland County, Tennessee as William H. Hembree (5 b. TN) the son of William �F.� Hembree (37 b.TN) and Melvina (�Nelcina�) (38 b.TN). Family correspondence and postings say this is William H. Hembree and his 1st wife Melvina (Morgan?) - the mother of his children.
