Jasper Newton Harvey

Jasper Newton was born on April 20th, 1853 in Monroe Co. WV. Jasper Newton's father was Isaac Newton Harvey and his mother was Margaret Elizabeth Comer. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Calvin Harvey and Sarah Ann Sally Swope; his maternal grandparents were Frederick Comer and Mary Mitchell. He had three brothers named Overton C, William Peck and 13 ch. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Nathaniel A, Lewis P and Margaret.
