Jasper Harvey

Jasper was born on April 20th, 1851 in Monroe Co. WV. Jasper's father was Jacob White Harvey and his mother was Mary Kathryn Comer. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Calvin Harvey and Sarah Ann Sally Swope; his maternal grandparents were Frederick Comer and Mary Mitchell. He had three brothers and a sister, named Frederick Martin, Adam Miller, Overton Caperton and Mahala . He was the fourth oldest of the five children.
