Isaac Harvey

Isaac was born in 1764 in Randolph Co., North Carolina. Isaac's father was William Harvey and his mother was Elizabeth Carter. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Harvey and Martha Newlin; his maternal grandparents are Nathaniel Carter and Ann McPherson. He had four brothers named Eli, Joshua, Caleb and William.
