Ann was born in 1670 in Waterford, Ardmore, Munster, Ireland.  Ann's father was William Gregg and her mother was Ann Dixon. She had a brother named John.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died at the age of 59 in 1729 in New Castle, Delaware.
