Daniel Greenleaf

Daniel was born in 1658 in Newbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. Daniel's father was Capt Stephen Greenleaf and his mother was Elizabeth Coffin. His paternal grandparents were Capt Edmund Greenleaf and Sarah Moore; his maternal grandparents were Tristam Coffin and Dionise Stevens. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Stephen, John, Samuel, Tristam, Edmund, Sarah, Elizabeth, Judith and Mary. He was the third oldest of the ten children.
