William Gordon

William was born on August 16th, 1787 in Spartanburg District, SC. William's father was Thomas William Gordon and his mother was Mary Evaline Buffington. His paternal grandparents were John Gordon and Elizabeth Roy; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Buffington and Mary Few. He had a brother and two sisters, named Few, Buffington and Mary. He died at the age of 64 on May 24th, 1852.
