Wood Furman

Wood was born on October 13th, 1712 in Newtown, Queens Co., Long Island, NY. Wood's father was Josiah Furman (Forman) and his mother was Sarah Wood. His paternal grandparents were Josiah Josias Furman and Sarah Strickland; his maternal grandparents are George Wood and Elizabeth Wright. He had a brother and a sister, named 6 ch and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 70 on February 10th, 1783 in Craven County, SC.
