Asa Holloway was born on August 3rd, 1828 in Harris GA.  Asa Holloway's father is John Edwards Jr and his mother is Abi Holloway.  His paternal grandparents are John  Edwards and Elizabeth Bussey; his maternal grandparents are Peter Holloway and Fannie Dawson. He had a sister named Louisa Jane.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 55 on February 24th, 1884.
