    Surnames: Alban, Edgington
    Thomas Edgington was born 1781, died 1855, son of Jesse Edgington and Margaret Palmer. Thomas and Mary had the following: Thomas Edgington (d: 1852, married Margaret Marshall); Margaret Edgington (b: 1803, d: 1872, married William Douglas); Jane Edgington (b: 1805, married James Marshall); Jesse Edgington (b: 1811 d: 1901 married Charlotte Koontz (b: 1812 d: 1889)); John Edgington (b: 1814 d: 1882, married Susanna Koontz (b: 1819)); George Washington Edgington (b: 1814 d: 1859, married Eliza Johnston); Mary Margaret Edgington (b: 1818 d: 1847, married James I. Reed (b: 1810 d: 1860)); Elizabeth Edgington (b: 1819, married Harvey Henry Baldwin); William Edgington (b: 1820 d: 1875, married Abigail Meduke); Daniel Edgington (b: 1828, married Casiah Igou (b: 1835)).
    
    There is speculation that Mary was called Polly. There is also one school of thought holding that Mary/Polly did not wed Thomas, but instead was married to Jesse Edgington (1779-1866, son of Thomas Edgington and Martha (Patty) Swearingen; this Jesse is a first cousin to the Thomas 1781-1855 I THINK she married).
