Absalom was born in 1784.  Absalom's father was George Edgington Jr and his mother was Mary ?? Naylor.  His paternal grandparents were George (Edington, EDGITON) Edgerton Ethington Heggington?? Edgington Sr and Margaret Broome. He had a sister named Sarah.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died at the age of 69 in 1853.
