    I'm not sure what the connection would be either.I am going on the re-use of certain names in my family to establish that Dancy was my ancestor.Dancy married Elizabeth Rector.The nam Rector shows up in later generations,as does Dancy,which Samuel Dancy Dinkard was my direct line.Dancy wife Elizabeth died in Jackson Co.Al.in 1850.Sam Drinkards brother was born in Jackson Co.about 1832.I belive Dancy had two know son's,John & Presley.Presley was in Marshall Co.Al.1850 with a son named Rector.I'd love to share Drinkard info with you.You can reach me direct at alabamanonna@webtv.net if you want to exchange info.Presley was a name used in the later generations also.
