Mary was born about 1705 in Charles Co., Maryland.  Mary's father was Joseph Douglas Sr and her mother was Penelope Morris.  Her paternal grandparents were John Douglas and Sarah Bonner.  She was an only child.  She died on March 23rd, 1782 in William & Mary Parish, Charles County, Maryland.
