Andrew Jackson was born on March 20th, 1851 in Jackson Miss.  Andrew Jackson's father was Jesse Eddington Edgington Cummings and his mother was Caroline Sissy Cummings.  His maternal grandparents were John Cummings and Adeline Bailey. He had five brothers named Marshall, Harrison, Jackson, Daniel and James.  He was the oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 94 in 1945 in Abilene TX.
