Jan Covenhoven

Jan was born on July 15th, 1722 in Freehold, Monmouth NJ. Jan's father was Jacob Willemse Covenhoven and his mother is Sarah Schenck. His paternal grandparents are Garrett Wolferssen Van Uewnboven Covenhoven and Aeltje Dirksen; his maternal grandfather is Roeloff Martense Schenck and his maternal grandmother was Willemtje Annatje Wyckoff. He had two brothers named Garrett and Peter. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 70 in 1792.
